Graduate Development Program
Tonkin Consulting has a well-established Graduate Development Program that is accredited with Engineers Australia. The program offers graduates the opportunity to learn from the experience, skills, and knowledge of their peers.
Key professional staff members are chosen as mentors and supervisors for our graduates. The program commences with each new intake of graduates and during the following 24 months, graduates may be rotated through a structured program of contact time with the various team disciplines, depending on their area of interest. This gives new graduate staff exposure to a wide variety of engineering project work, clients, and professional staffs’ experience.
Sharing knowledge through a coaching role supports career development structures for our staff and underlies our commitment to mentoring strong leadership from within the ranks of our professional staff.
